Mö Chavre is our alternative to goat cheese and a wished addition to plant-based cheeses. Its taste and texture are amazingly similar to real cheese and thus differs from the ones usually seen on the market. Mö Chavre is suitable for both hot and cold dishes to bring a goat's cheese-like taste. Chavre is also tasty to be served just as it is, for example as part of a cheeze plate. Please note that Chavre eventually melts when frying in a pan; our product – which is meant to be melt-in-your-mouth soft – does not contain white mould on the surface.
